Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance across multifamily properties. This hands-on role supports daily work orders, property upkeep, and resident needs to maintain high standards of appearance and safety.

The technician will work with the Maintenance and Property Management teams, respond promptly to issues, and help prevent major repairs. On-site, weekdays with on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
• Experience with general building maintenance and basic repair tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs across property facilities.
• Respond to work orders promptly and identify issues to prevent escalation.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and functionality of buildings and resident amenities.
• Interact professionally with residents in their homes and common areas.
• Follow safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with general property upkeep and support team members as needed.
