Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician in Los Angeles, CA. This full-time role requires 3+ years of property maintenance, with HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certifications preferred.

You will address work orders, perform light carpentry, and ensure the safety and upkeep of multifamily properties. Responsibilities include maintaining resident amenities, communicating with residents, and using your own tools or company gear.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in property maintenance or hospitality.
• Certifications in HVAC, EPA, CPO, Plumbing or Electrical are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Address work orders promptly to prevent issues.
• Perform light carpentry and minor electrical/plumbing repairs; maintain HVAC systems.
• Maintain own tool kit and operate vehicles to move between properties.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of properties and resident amenities.
• Engage with residents effectively and professionally.
