Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests and perform diverse hands-on maintenance tasks. You’ll prepare market-ready apartments and maintain grounds, ensuring communities meet high standards for safety and comfort.

Role requires troubleshooting plumbing, electrical work, and appliances, with attention to EPA standards and building codes. Flexibility for shift work, weekends, and on-call duties is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC equipment as needed.
• Ability to prepare market-ready apartments and maintain common areas.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests promptly and perform hands-on maintenance tasks.
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain grounds and common areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify repairs or replacements.
• Be able to work varying shifts, including weekends and on-call emergencies.
