Job summary

ParkLand Ventures, Inc. (MHP Manager LLC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Clinton Township, MI. You will perform routine maintenance on rental units, assist with refurbishments, and support after-hours maintenance calls.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months of trade experience in light carpentry, plumbing or electrical work, and can work independently or with others. Tools are provided, and the company offers a 401k plan, health coverage, holidays, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in any trade preferred.
• Working knowledge of light carpentry, plumbing and/or electrical.
• Ability to work independently or with other Maintenance Technicians on any and all tasks.
• To be a good steward of the company’s equipment, tools, supplies, etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of rental units and refurbishment of make-ready homes, including painting and minor repairs.
• Maintain property grounds and assist in after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Demonstrate care for residents and provide reliable maintenance support.
