ParkLand Ventures, Inc. (MHP Manager LLC) is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician in Westland, MI. This role offers $20.00 per hour with responsibilities including routine maintenance, groundskeeping, and light refurbishing tasks.

The ideal candidate should have a commitment to learning, experience in maintenance trades, and the ability to work independently. This position includes potential quarterly bonuses and various benefits.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of light carpentry, plumbing and/or electrical.
• 6+ months experience in any trade preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and driving record check.

Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance of rental units and refurbishing homes.
• Maintaining property grounds.
• Assisting in after-hours maintenance emergency line.
