Job summary

Acme Residential is seeking a Service Technician in Clinton Township, MI to maintain the community's condition, safety, and appearance. You will complete maintenance work orders, assist with turnovers, and perform preventative maintenance to keep homes move‑in ready.

You'll handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs within your training scope, conduct inspections, and report safety concerns. On-call rotations and seasonal duties are part of the role, with competitive pay and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations.
• Experience in property maintenance or multi-family communities is a plus.
• HVAC/plumbing/electrical/appliance repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident maintenance work orders promptly with quality workmanship.
• Assist with apartment turnovers to ensure units are move-in ready.
• Perform repairs on apartment systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on apartments and common areas.
• Identify and report safety or habitability issues promptly.
• Maintain pools and pool equipment where applicable and adhere to safety standards.
• Keep maintenance shop and tools organized and in good condition.
• Support property operations with additional duties as needed.
