Job summary

You will help maintain grounds, cover after-hours emergencies, and keep areas clean. Tools are provided, and the ideal candidate is honest, eager to learn, and hardworking.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in light carpentry, plumbing or electrical.
• Able to work independently or with others.
• Commitment to learn and be honest.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen, background and driving record checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance of rental units and refurbishing of make-ready homes (painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical).
