Job summary

STYL Residential is hiring a Service Technician II to join the 4550 Cherry Creek Apartments community in Denver, CO. The role covers day-to-day maintenance, move-ins, move-outs and equipment troubleshooting to uphold property standards and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in residential maintenance; EPA Type I/II or CPO preferred. On-call duties are required; smartphone usage is expected. We offer training, benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in maintenance service for residential communities.
• Renovation experience preferred.
• EPA Type I and II preferred; CPO preferred.
• Ability to respond to on-call requests and work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, monitors and performs preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose problems and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances.
• Assist with move-in/move-out repairs and unit turns.
• Provide high-quality customer service to residents.
• Use a smartphone to assign service requests and communicate with vendors.
