Job summary

Fairfield Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for The Pines, a 204-unit community in Lakewood, CO. You will perform daily tasks, diagnose and repair electrical/plumbing/appliance issues, and prepare vacant apartments for new residents.

You will also participate in the on-call rotation to ensure safety and a positive living experience. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and at least one year of maintenance or related trade

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required for daily communication.
• Proficient basic computer skills and mobile device usage.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Customer service mindset with professional communication.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair basics.
• Ability to work independently and manage on-call emergencies.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs in electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using the Make Ready Checklist.
• Maintain the exterior of the property and pool areas.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness.
