Prime Residential is seeking a Service Technician II in Fremont, CA to maintain and prepare apartments, respond to resident requests, and uphold safety and appearance standards across the community. The successful candidate will ensure cleanliness, functionality, and high-quality resident experiences.

The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and on-call rotation participation; HVAC certification is preferred.

Formación

• 2+ years of residential property maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license for operating community vehicles.
• Willing to participate in the on-call rotation.
• Multifamily housing experience preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance on appliances, building exteriors, doors, locks, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, pools, and safety equipment.
• Prepare and update reports, work orders, and trackers.
• Inspect vacated apartments and ensure market-ready standards.
• Perform routine fire and life/safety inspections and annual unit inspections.
• Maintain records of preventative maintenance and service requests.
• Respond to resident inquiries with professionalism.
• Keep the community grounds clean and report needs.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts.
