Job summary

STYL Residential is seeking a Service Technician II for the Retreat at Park Meadows in Littleton, CO. You will perform day-to-day maintenance, handle unit turns, troubleshoot equipment, and support a high standard of customer service to residents.

The role requires 1+ year of maintenance experience in residential settings, with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills. EPA/CPO certifications are preferred, and on-call availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance service for residential communities or related trade.
• EPA Type I and II preferred; CPO certification preferred.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, monitor and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete service requests promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances.
