Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to handle routine and preventative maintenance across our home portfolios. You’ll work under supervision to execute tasks in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and related trades while delivering a positive resident experience and safe, well-maintained properties.

The role emphasizes hands-on competency, attention to detail, timely make-ready work, and collaboration with team members to uphold Corvias safety and quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in multi-family or housing maintenance, construction, or trades with competency in 2-3 trades.
• EPA Type I and II certification or relevant trade licenses.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance or repairs in homes or grounds (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry).
• Provide high quality customer service to residents by responding to maintenance requests promptly.
• Complete make-ready/turnover work on schedule and ensure safety guidelines are followed.
• Document work orders and timesheets accurately.
• Maintain community appearance and perform grounds duties as required.
• Be available for after-hours emergency repairs and on-call rotations.
