Job summary

Corvias is hiring a Maintenance Tech III to join our property management team. The role covers day-to-day maintenance across multiple trades, including EPA-certified work, to keep properties safe, functional, and welcoming for residents.

The Technician will handle make-ready turnover, safety compliance, and documentation while mentoring junior staff and ensuring timely responses to service requests. A strong customer service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family or housing maintenance, construction, or trades.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• EPA certification (Type I/II) required; Type II or III/universal preferred if chillers present.
• Four or more trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, masonry, building construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service to residents by responding to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Complete make ready/turnover work and troubleshooting according to the schedule.
• Work safely and maintain documentation such as work orders and timesheets.
• Train junior maintenance staff in hands-on settings and safety procedures.
• Maintain community appearance and participate in resident events as assigned.
• Perform after-hours emergency repairs and on-call rotations as required.
