Job summary

Corvias Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to join a team responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of multi-family properties. The role involves performing maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and related trades to ensure safe, clean, and well-functioning homes and common areas.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in housing maintenance or related trades, with EPA Type I/II and other trade certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in multi-family or housing maintenance or trades.
• EPA Type I and II, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, masonry or building construction certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance or as-needed repairs in homes or grounds.
• Provide high quality customer service to residents and maintain a clean workspace.
• Complete make ready/turnover work on schedule.
• Perform tasks safely and in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain proper documentation such as work orders and timesheets.
