Connect Staffing and Consulting seeks a dependable Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance at residential communities throughout the Los Angeles area. You will perform repairs, support unit turnovers, and help maintain property quality, with after-hours on-call rotation.

Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting, preventative maintenance, and friendly resident service. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift 75+ pounds.

Formación

• 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a residential or similar setting.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Ability to lift more than 75 pounds and work in various weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Complete hands-on repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and resolve resident work orders
• Prepare vacant units for new residents by completing repairs, painting, and installations
• Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
• Maintain grounds and common areas as needed
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to residents
• Complete service requests in a timely and efficient manner

Maintenance Technician - Los Angeles, California

Pay Range: $22.00 to $28.00

Overview

We are seeking dependable and skilled Maintenance Technicians to support daily maintenance operations at residential communities throughout the Los Angeles area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and helping residents feel safe and comfortable in their homes. You will complete repairs, support unit turnovers, and help maintain the overall quality of the property. This position requires participation in an afterhours on call rotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete hands-on repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and resolve resident work orders
• Prepare vacant units for new residents by completing repairs, painting, and installations
• Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment

Qualifications
