Job summary

Responsibilities

• Turn over units after vacancy; assist with furniture removal.
• Report health, safety, or property issues to Site Manager.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and public areas; document deficiencies.
• Operate tools and equipment for landscaping and basic maintenance.
