Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Person to operate and maintain electrical and mechanical systems that provide heating and hot water for our properties. You will follow directions from the Site Manager and coordinate daily tasks to keep buildings safe and comfortable.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, repairs, unit turnovers, housekeeping, and reporting health or safety issues. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, orally and in writing.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for site errands.

Responsibilities

• Maintain heaters, air-conditioners, and related equipment for safe, efficient operation.
• Turn over units as they are vacated, including furniture removal.
• Inspect and report health or safety issues to the Site Manager.
• Perform preventive maintenance and record work orders.
• Deliver appliances and perform landscaping duties as needed.
