Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year general residential maintenance experience.
• Must pass client skills assessment test.
• Valid Colorado driver license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform general routine maintenance on units.
• Schedule and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Perform low voltage repairs and maintenance.
• Inspect and repair electrical components.
• Maintain HVAC preventative maintenance.
• Handle plumbing repairs.
• Conduct energy conservation inspections.
• Complete work orders promptly per HUD standards.
• Assist with resident requests and property managers.
