Job summary

29th Street Property Management is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician to support our Denver, CO properties. The role covers plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and appliance repairs across multi-family assets, with emphasis on timely, quality upkeep.

You will process work orders, coordinate vendors, and ensure units are ready for occupancy quickly, while maintaining clear communication with residents and management. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Superior organization and communication skills.
• Courteous and professional service to residents, property managers, and staff.
• Honest time reporting; reliable and on-time.
• HVAC experience required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Spanish/English bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, drywall, HVAC and appliances for multi-family and commercial properties.
• Process work orders with the property manager to complete repairs efficiently.
• Coordinate maintenance staff or vendors to resolve requests within 24 hours.
• Ensure vacant units are cleaned and ready within 7 days of vacancy.
• Keep units clean and communicate repair timelines to residents.
• Update work orders in the PM software with notes.
