Job summary

RangeWater Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Denver, CO to maintain interior and exterior property standards. You’ll handle resident requests, perform make-readies, and ensure safety and quality across site operations.

The role requires 1–3 years of apartment maintenance, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver’s license. Proficiency with Entrata/Yardi and OneSite is a plus; weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Make-ready process for vacant apartments and punch list management.
• Repair parts when possible to control costs; avoid waste.
• Track inventory and re-order supplies; return unused items.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking.
• Inspect contractor work to verify quality and adherence to standards.
• Attend safety meetings and follow OSHA safety policies.
• Provide courteous customer service to residents and co-workers.
• Assist in routine property inspections to identify safety concerns.
