You will execute routine and emergency maintenance, manage work orders, and support unit turns while delivering excellent customer service to residents and staff. Qualifikationen

• Requires strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with basic budgeting and record keeping preferred.
• Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Complete work orders for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances and general maintenance.
• Inspect units, common areas, and grounds to ensure safety and readiness.
• Assist with HVAC filter changes and detector maintenance.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow OSHA and HUD/ADA requirements and maintain safety practices.
• Assist with vendor coordination and coordination with management teams.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating schedule.
