Maryland Management is seeking an Apartment Maintenance technician in Maryland to handle resident work orders, turnovers, and on-call emergencies. You will perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs, while ensuring safety and quality in every unit.

Qualifications

• HVAC EPA 608 certification (preferred).
• Apartment maintenance experience (preferred).
• Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have your own tools.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screening required after conditional offer.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders.
• Perform apartment turnovers and ensure unit readiness.
• Provide emergency maintenance after hours as needed.
• Snow removal and site upkeep.
• Follow safety procedures during all tasks.
• Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.

2. Apartment Turnovers
3. Emergency on-call maintenance after hours
4. Snow Removal
5. Follow safety procedures while performing duties
6. Other duties and special projects as assigned
