Job summary

EmergencyMD is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician in Lexington Park, Maryland. This role involves carrying out preventive and maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of apartment buildings and equipment. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of relevant experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities include conducting repairs, maintaining records, collaborating with contractors, and delivering exceptional customer service. A valid driver’s license is required, along with proficiency in basic repairs and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience and/or training.
• Proficient communication skills with residents and team members.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and maintenance tasks for the apartment community.
• Execute daily maintenance tasks to ensure the maintenance of buildings and equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance repairs, including plumbing and electrical work.
• Document observed deficiencies and submit reports to the Community Manager.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
