Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a high-performing team, ensure compliance with standards, and oversee day-to-day property maintenance. You will work with the Community and Property Manager to drive performance, safety, and resident satisfaction across 180,000+ units.

The role requires hands-on maintenance skills, knowledge of housing laws, and a proactive approach to financial and facility management.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC.
• Residential or commercial property management, hospitality, or retail experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• EPA Section 608 Type I/II or Universal certification within 90 days if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC.
• Willingness to work weekends and be on-call for emergencies.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs) and move around a property.

Aufgaben

• Partner with the Community Manager to achieve property objectives.
• Ensure team adherence to Equity standards and handle resident requests promptly and safely.
• Assist team with maintenance tasks and preparing market-ready apartments.
• Analyze property management system data and provide financial recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager on capital improvements and inventory control.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and prepare status reports.
