Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee large-scale multifamily maintenance operations across our California communities. You will lead a skilled team, ensure high-quality upkeep of 1,400+ apartment homes, manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major systems, and drive safety and regulatory compliance.

We value onsite leadership, strong communication with residents and vendors, and the ability to respond quickly to on-call needs while mentoring staff for career growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of apartment maintenance or related field.
• EPA Type I/II Certification, where applicable.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification, where applicable.
• On-call availability with 1 hour response.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and safety systems.
• Ability to supervise and develop team members with coaching.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to communicate with residents and vendors to maintain service standards.

• Lead a maintenance team to meet high standards of quality and reliability.
