Job summary

Waterton Service (Maintenance) Technician II role supports our mission to provide a great place to live by maintaining the community and equipment per company guidelines. You will complete unit make-readies, preventive maintenance, service requests, janitorial duties, and help keep the community hazard-free.

Qualifications

• Teamwork and collaboration in a maintenance team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and multitasking ability.
• Excellent customer service and resident satisfaction focus.
• Experience in building maintenance or skilled trades.
• Experience with apartment maintenance technology/systems preferred.
• EPA-CFC certification preferred; EPA-LBP required for pre-1978 properties.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct preventive maintenance as scheduled and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare apartments for occupancy including make-readies and inspections.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of grounds, amenities, exteriors, and common areas.
• Apply safety measures to maintain a safe work environment.
