Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a multisite residential community in Garland, TX. The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and high-quality maintenance practices to preserve assets and enhance resident satisfaction.

You will oversee maintenance staff, manage service requests, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely, compliant upkeep. Expect on-call shifts and potential emergency coverage in a dynamic residential setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' related maintenance experience, property management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding and diagnosing electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair.
• Certifications preferred: HVAC, EPA & CPO where applicable.
• Excellent communication with management, vendors, and residents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance projects are completed accurately and on time.
• Manage and update service requests using Yardi until completion.
• Troubleshoot and train staff on trades to assess item functioning and repair needs.
• Plan and supervise maintenance staff, including turns, grounds care, and repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors and supervise contractor work for quality and cost compliance.
