Seacoast Bank is seeking a Post Closer to ensure loan files are complete, compliant, and ready for the next destination. You will audit files, gather missing documents, and prepare servicing packages while delivering final documents to investors and agencies.

In this role, attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to policies are critical as you manage documentation through closing, post-closing audits, and file sequencing.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; AA/associate degree preferred.
• 3 years mortgage loan documents experience or 5 years general loan documents experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak before groups.
• Knowledge of database, spreadsheet, and word processing software.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up with closing agents to obtain closed loan packages in a timely manner.
• Audit closing documents to ensure compliance with loan approvals and proper execution.
• Verify documents were properly executed, notarized, and recorded in the correct county.
• Prepare the loan servicing package for servicing and copy required documents.
• Provide final documents to investors within 120 days of loan sale.
