Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support loan documentation and processing for commercial, residential, and consumer loans.
• Verify loan information and approvals in accordance with policies.
• Review applications and documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare, review and file loan documentation and HUD settlement statements.
• Notify lenders of missing information and discrepancies.
• Assist in training Commercial Loan Closer staff.
