UCLA Residential Life seeks an Audio Visual Systems Coordinator to manage production of on-campus programs, oversee audio/visual and live event tech, and ensure safe, reliable operations across housing venues. You will maintain equipment, advise student technicians, and coordinate stage crews.

Qualifications

Experience with digital and analog live sound reinforcement systems.
Proficiency with Mac and PC and office suites.
Ability to operate a wide range of audio/visual equipment.
Ability to program & troubleshoot audio, lighting and video systems; perform repairs or reprogramming.
Ability to supervise student technicians and other student employees.
Ability to analyze the technical needs of various events.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the production of assigned Residential Life programs with emphasis on on-campus venues.
Maintain and troubleshoot audio/visual and live event technologies.
Provide project management and strategic recommendations for initiatives.
Assist with staging of public events, stage crews and related personnel.
