Job summary

Epic is seeking an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for our large campus and events. You will work with a team of AV experts to create environments for conferences, trainings, and live/virtual events across multiple rooms and the 11,000-seat auditorium.

A successful candidate will help lay out new systems and provide hands-on support, ensuring project success and high reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
• Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
• Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for the campus.
• Support events large and small, including live and virtual formats.
• Collaborate with AV team to layout new systems and ensure successful deployment.
