Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and inspect clubhouse, models and ready vacant units daily.
• Maintain curb appeal within the community.
• Greet prospective residents professionally.
• Tour property and available homes to generate interest.
• Maintain availability and pricing details.
• Process applications and email move-in information within 24 hours of approval.
• Inspect apartment homes prior to move-in and address maintenance issues.
• Manage prospect phone and email leads promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Be familiar with market comps and competitor amenities.
