Responsibilities

• Assist in lease transactions by typing leases, gathering applicant history and credit approvals.
• Provide general clerical assistance to the community office (answer phones, writing work orders, typing and filing).
• Greet prospects, tour property, highlight amenities, complete applications and secure deposits.
• Process applications (credit check, rental history, employment verification) and type leases/addendums.
• Follow up with prospects and direct to sister properties if needed.
• Review and orient new residents to community rules and policies.
• Monitor renewals and distribute notices as needed.
