Job summary

Barrett & Stokely is seeking a Leasing Professional in Columbus, OH. You will conduct leasing activities, show apartments and coordinate move-ins, while supporting on-site marketing and resident retention programs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience. A valid driver's license is preferred; the company offers benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1 year customer service or sales experience preferred.
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Valid driver's license preferred; reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Conduct all leasing activities at the property, responding to inquiries, giving tours, and coordinating move-ins.
Develop on-site marketing strategies and programs.
Create merchant/neighborhood referral programs for move-ins and renewals.
Maintain property shop and phone shop scores 85% or higher.
Inspect apartments with new residents at move-in and complete paperwork.
Support Assistant Property Manager with renewals, lease expirations, notices to vacate.
Collect and report application fees, security deposits, rents and other fees.
Enter prospect and resident data into Entrata in a timely manner.
Comply with Fair Housing, local/state regulations and occupancy standards.
