Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional in Columbus, OH to drive leasing strategies, enhance resident satisfaction, and manage all leasing processes.

This role includes conducting property tours, processing applications, and implementing marketing initiatives to achieve occupancy goals. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills and must hold a valid driver's license.

Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour along with robust benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must perform all leasing activities including showings and processing applications.
• Experience in customer service and market analysis is preferred.
• Requires valid driver's license to operate property golf cart.
