The RMR Group LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a residential community in Winter Park, FL. You will be the property's sales representative, delivering exceptional resident experiences and driving occupancy through effective tours, follow-ups, and leasing processes.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with flexibility to work weekends/holidays; familiarity with YARDI and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attendance is required.
• Excellent customer service.
• Varied schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and present features and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA and all laws.
• Oversee leasing paperwork and renewals.
• Maintain guest cards and follow up with prospects until leasing.
• Inspect models and market-readiness; coordinate with Property Manager.
• Assist with daily/weekly reports and resident communications.
• Plan resident events with Property Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and conduct property tours.
