Job summary

The RMR Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant (Bilingual) for a residential property in Ocoee, FL. This role focuses on leasing, retention and exceptional resident service, supporting occupancy goals and forums to build resident relations.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to work a varied schedule, and familiarity with MS Office and property management software. Bi-lingual ability may be required depending on property needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in leasing and/or property management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bi-lingual abilities may be required based on property needs.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and YARDI.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and present the property's features and benefits.
• Follow policies and laws pertaining to multi-family housing.
• Maintain resident files and complete leasing paperwork accurately.
• Assist in preparing daily/weekly reports and market surveys.
• Plan and oversee resident activities with the Property Manager.
• Oversee lease renewals to optimize occupancy.
