Align Communities in Winter Park, FL is seeking a Leasing Consultant to guide prospective residents through the leasing process, conduct property tours, and secure approvals across a portfolio of communities. This is a mobile role; you will travel between properties and must have a reliable vehicle.

You will respond to inquiries, promote listings, stay informed on market trends, and support marketing efforts while ensuring resident satisfaction and accurate lease administration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, providing excellent customer service throughout the leasing process.
• Conduct informative and engaging property tours, showcasing the features and amenities of each community.
• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process, including application submission, background checks, and lease signings.
• Stay informed about local market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments to position properties effectively.
• Foster positive relationships with current residents to promote retention and satisfaction.
• Assist in marketing strategies using online platforms, social media, and community outreach to generate leads.
• Perform administrative duties and keep leasing databases up to date.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and resident experiences.
