Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases, ensuring a smooth move-in experience for residents.

This role requires staying informed about market conditions, designing marketing plans, using property management software, and following programs to boost occupancy.

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and lease packages.
• Perform credit screening and background checks and prepare move-in paperwork.
• Stay informed about market conditions and implement short- and long-term marketing plans.

• Inspect apartments before move-in and ensure move-in ready condition.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure leases.
