Legend Management Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing, marketing and positive resident relations at our Maryland community. The role includes Saturday rotation, reporting to the Property Manager, and a strong emphasis on customer experience.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting tours, lead management, social media engagement, and coordinating resident events, with a generous compensation package and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales environment.
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lease and market units; manage leads and follow-up.
• Conduct tours in person or virtually and coordinate with prospects.
• Respond to inquiries promptly via email, phone, text or video to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain resident relations and participate in retention/renewal processes.
• Post engaging content on social media and create resident communications.
