Job summary

Maryland Management Company is seeking a Leasing Consultant to connect people with their next home while delivering outstanding customer service. This weekend-only role supports our communities through tours, applications, and move-ins.

You will build rapport with prospective residents, manage leasing paperwork, and stay informed about floor plans and local amenities while working with a friendly team in Maryland.

Qualifications

• Availability to work weekends (Sat-Sun).
• Must have valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Tour and lease apartment homes to prospective residents.
• Build rapport and communicate the value of our communities.
• Manage leasing paperwork, rent payments, and move-ins/move-outs.

• Tour and lease apartment homes to prospective residents
• Build rapport and communicate the value of our communities
• Manage leasing paperwork, rent payments, and move-ins/move-outs
• Handle resident inquiries and service requests with care
• Maintain strong knowledge of floor plans, amenities, and the local area
  

Requirements

• Availability to work Saturday & Sunday
• Personal, reliable transportation that you can bring to work each day, along with a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Schedule

This position is for WEEKENDS. The hours are 10:00 – 5:0 on Saturday and 12:00 – 5:0 on Sunday.
