Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; professional, courteous interaction.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as rules, lease paperwork, operating instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to analyze problems, collect data, and take appropriate action.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; own transportation.
• Maintain a positive attitude aligned with Oxford CREW values.

Responsibilities

• Schedule leasing appointments and tours; meet prospects to show properties.
• Conduct property inspections as scheduled and maintain records.
• Interact with residents via in-person, phone, email, and Elise AI to match needs with available apartments.
• Follow up on inquiries and tours per department requirements.
• Process applications, including credit checks, references, income verification, and data entry in Rent Café and Yardi.
• Oversee the lease renewal cycle from offer to signed renewal lease.
