Qualifikationen

• Experience with leases and lease administration preferred.
• Strong leasing-related skills and knowledge of multifamily housing.
• Resident-focused skills for retention and customer service.
• Excellent communication with residents, vendors and internal teams.
• Knowledge of fair housing regulations beneficial.
• On-site work with some evenings or weekends as needed.
