Premier Property Management seeks a full-time Leasing Specialist to join our Detroit team. The role emphasizes greeting walk-ins, showing apartments, leasing and marketing the community, and processing applications with meticulous reporting to housing authorities.

You will ensure resident retention, coordinate contractors for turns, and maintain market readiness of units. Strong teamwork, urgency, and exceptional communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and handle Walk In traffic.
• Show Apartments and conduct tours.
• Lease, market and manage public relations for the community.
• Complete Guest Cards and process applications.
• Prepare required reporting for MSHDA, HUD and other oversight bodies.
• Support resident retention initiatives.
