WinnCompanies is seeking a Leasing Consultant I for Winton House, a 130-unit community in Cincinnati, OH. You will handle day-to-day leasing, tours, move-ins, and renewals while delivering excellent service to residents and clients.

The role emphasizes building relationships with prospective renters, brokers, and local employers to maintain occupancy and rent levels, and to implement WinnCompanies programs and policies.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Superb attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
• Generate traffic, property tours, leasing apartments, qualify prospects, and prepare lease documentation.
• Deliver customer service that exceeds expectations for new and current residents.
• Educate and implement WinnCompanies programs, processes and policies.
• Review and distribute resident service requests; assist with events as needed.
• Maintain marketing documents, reports, and web content per initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with area businesses, brokers, and employers.
• Understand market submarkets and stay updated on regulatory requirements.
