You will combine sales, customer service and marketing skills to create a welcoming environment for prospects and residents, with opportunities for bonuses and growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local market conditions and marketing techniques.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and leasing software.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and present the community’s features and amenities.
• Secure lease agreements from qualified applicants with complete documentation.
• Maintain high service orientation for current residents.Stay informed about local market conditions to position the community.
• Contribute ideas to marketing strategies and resident satisfaction improvements.
• Generate traffic by calling area employers, merchants, and locator services.
• Assist in planning and implementing advertising and marketing programs.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to encourage lease renewals.
