Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in direct sales, retail sales, or customer service, preferably in telecommunications or technology.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and generate new sales leads through various channels.
• Clearly communicate features, benefits, and advantages of the services.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable service packages.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Manage end-to-end sales process from contact to activation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships.
• Handle inquiries regarding options, pricing, promotions, and installation.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
• Serve as primary contact during the sales cycle and coordinate with installation/tech support.
