Job summary

Clearwave is hiring a field sales representative to meet homeowners in your assigned territory and close new internet customers. You’ll walk several miles daily, spending at least five hours in the field, with a full-time schedule coordinated with your manager.

You’ll receive a $34,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions and a sign-on bonus, with six-figure potential and benefits day one. A company vehicle after 1 month and gas reimbursement are included, along with ongoing training and growth

Qualifications

• Strong people skills and confidence starting conversations.

• Coachable and consistent; you show up and follow through.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet.
• Requires valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Training provided with two weeks of scheduling (Mon–Fri).

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners in your assigned territory and close new internet customers.
• Walk 3 to 5 miles a day outdoors, with a minimum of 5 hours in the field.
• Complete up to 2 hours of follow up and administrative work from home each day.
• Work a full-time schedule set with your manager.
• Support one Saturday a month for events or installs.
• Represent Clearwave with energy and integrity.
