Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certifications may be required depending on role.
• Experience in installation or field service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential installations, service changes, and disconnects using safe practices.
• Diagnose and resolve issues from the network to customer equipment.
• Install and support basic home networks (Coax, Ethernet, Wi‑Fi).
• Verify service quality with testing tools and adjust as needed.
• Educate customers on products and set expectations.
• Document work and update customer accounts digitally.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and report safety concerns.
• Operate ladders and power tools safely; work at heights up to 26 ft.
• Drive company vehicle with valid license; complete required trainings.
