Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking an Interior Design Support role to assist homebuyers with design selections and ensure alignment with product standards, budgets, and construction requirements.

You will help prepare model home selections, maintain design materials, and document design processes across cross-functional teams. The position involves coordinating with construction, purchasing, and sales to resolve questions, supporting showroom materials, and mentoring entry-level design staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of interior design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional education.
• Experience supporting interior design development and coordination.
• Experience working within established processes under moderate supervision.

Responsibilities

• Guide homebuyers through the design selection process with finishes and options.
• Prepare and document design selections for accuracy.
• Maintain design samples and finish libraries.
• Develop cohesive design palettes reflecting community standards and market trends.
• Review design selections for completeness and feasibility.
• Coordinate with construction, purchasing, and sales teams on design questions.
• Support model home design prep and merchandising coordination.
• Assist entry-level design or support team members.
